Our continuous path of innovation and further development
As a traditional, owner-managed family business, we see the people behind our work as an essential success factor. In this sense, our company has been run since 2000 by Hildegard Waltermann-Koger and Bernhard Kaiser in the second generation of the Kaiser and Waltermann families. Since 2022, Bernhard Kaiser has resigned as managing director.
Management responsibility in the third generation
In the meantime, we have transferred the responsibility of the operational business to the third generation of the family. As technical director, Melanie Bende, born as Kaiser, is responsible for the entire manufacturing process. She is supported by Janina Koger, who acts as Head of Finance and IT, and Magnus Bende, who works as Head of Sales and Human Resources. Bernhard Kaiser
